One row per permit

City and county records overlap constantly, and the same job often appears twice under two different numbering schemes. We reconcile them before you get the file, so your counts are counts — not duplicates.

History you can't re-pull

Permit portals get replaced and their history disappears with them. Our Reno–Sparks file runs 1991–2016 and cannot be retrieved from the source at any price — we hold it because we captured it in time. Every metro we carry deepens the same way.
