All sales are final.

Compiled data files are digital goods delivered in full; once delivered they cannot be returned, so purchases are non-refundable.

Buy informed: every product page states exactly which jurisdictions are covered, which fields are included, and how current those records are. If you have any question about fit — fields, coverage, currency, format — ask before you buy; a human answers within 24–72 hours.

If a delivered file has a technical problem (corrupt file, failed delivery), contact us and we'll make it right with a corrected delivery.
