What you're buying

A one-time compiled CSV of building-permit records for the jurisdictions listed on the product you purchase. Each product page states exactly which jurisdictions are covered and how current their records are.

Data source & disclaimer

Data is compiled from records published by the listed city and county jurisdictions and is provided as-is. We are an independent service — not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government agency — and the data is not an official record. We do not sell homeowner names or personal contact information; datasets contain business and parcel-level fields only.

License

Purchased files are licensed for your organization's internal business use. Redistribution or resale of the files themselves is not permitted. Facts derived from the data (counts, analyses, charts you build) are yours.

Delivery

One-time files are delivered by email within 24–72 hours of purchase.

Sales are final

Delivered data files are non-refundable — see the sales policy. Questions about coverage, fields, or currency are welcome before you buy.

No warranty

We do not guarantee completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. Jurisdictions publish what they publish; per-source coverage and currency are stated on each product. Verify against the official source for decisions of record.
